How important is a move coordinator?
Powell will assign a personal move coordinator to your move regardless of who your driver is. Your coordinator will play a vital roll in communicating your needs to our dispatchers and drivers. YOU CANNOT OVER COMMUNICATE ON YOUR MOVE!!! So we ask you to please keep in touch with your Powell coordinator and provide him or her with all phone numbers and other needed information. Your coordinator can make arrangements to have appliances disconnected and reconnected, grandfather clocks and pool tables serviced etc. Your coordinator will be on the phone with you before, during and after your move. PRG’s coordinators have an average of 15 years experience and will make sure all of the details that make a move successful will be handled.
