Unlike other relocation service providers, we recognize individual companies have specific needs. That’s why we don’t offer any “standard” relocation packages. Single Source of Responsibility (Move Coordinator)
Powell Relocation Group assigns a personal move coordinator to each corporate account. Our move coordinators have an average of 15 years experience communicating and managing the entire relocation process. This dedicated coordinator will understand and communicate your corporate policy on household goods transportation and help your relocating employee plan every detail of their move. This ability to properly council the transferee eases much of the stress a move can cause and eliminates any unnecessary calls to your corporate move administrator. Our coordinators follow a proven 26 step automated monitoring system to assist him or her with tracking each step of the move process and provide the transferee with a toll free number to call with any questions. In case your transferee has any last minute changes or questions that need to be communicated after hours or on weekends, the same toll free number acts as a 24-hour, 7 day a week customer service hot line.
Considering Outsourcing the Entire Relocation Process?
Selecting a total relocation service provider is not only a large financial decision, but a reflection of your corporation to its new and transferring employees. Powell Relocation Group has done the homework for our corporate customer's. Not all third party relocation companies are the same. PRG has developed partnerships with some of the best third party relocation companies in the country. Based on your company's volume, specific needs, and location, PRG can refer the best fit for your corporation.
Powell Relocation Group realizes that a great move doesn’t end with final delivery to destination. Our move coordinator contacts each customer within 48 hrs from final delivery to perform a friendly follow up to find out if anything needs attention. A performance report is also sent to each customer via e-mail or regular mail within 48hrs of final delivery. In the unlikely event the customer has a claim for loss or damage, PRG’s in house quality assurance manager gets involved immediately. Our quality assurance manager handles claims up to $250.00 over the phone and a check is forwarded the same day.
